* A support contract includes all directly connected peripherals including, but not limited to connected display, audio, and input devices. For residential customers, a single printer and up to 1 consumer-grade network device such as a router or modem is also included per household.
** Free on-site service is provided within Brown, Oconto, Kewaunee, Door, Calumet, Outagamie and Shawano counties. On-site service requested outside of those areas will result in on-site charges as stated in your Customer Agreement. Same-day service may be charged an emergency call-out fee of $300. All fees will be communicated and must be approved prior to dispatch.
